Okasan Karate Club (Rose Green, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 3NA) -- Here at Okasan Karate Club, we also provide a very high standard of tuition in Wado-Ryu, specialising in traditional karate. The traditional style of `Wado-Ryu`, as taught by Hironori Otsuka (founder of Wado-Ryu) is taught and practiced. This provides a unique sense of tradition and belonging. Japanese commands and instructions are progressively taught during the lessons, thereby allowing ones karate to develop not only a physical discipline, but a mental discipline too.Located in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, we are a traditional club affilliated to the national governing body, English Karate Federation. We provide top tuition for adults and children of 8+. Hourly sessions on Fridays 5.50, 6.30 & 7.30pm.Whether you are a complete beginner, or want a bit more experience, come and visit Okasan Karate Club, on Fridays, and we will provide a very high standard of tuition. We will support your achievements in gaining self-confidence, self-defence, personal development, fitness, flexibility, or even the ability to accomplish black belt.
